I cant even begin to tell you how many times I've tried to keep up with a monthly favorites post and have completely failed. I don't know what it is but I just can not seem to do it. So instead I've decided to do Current Obsessions instead, which I can just post whenever the mood strikes. This could be twice a month or once every two months. Knowing me I'm sure I will post more frequently since the pressure is no longer there. That all being said, lets take a look at what I've been loving lately, starting with the Ardell individual lashes. I've been wanting to step up my lash game lately so I thought I would start with individuals, that way I can get used to the feeling and look of fake lashes without feeling intimidated. This next item might seem weird at first glance but I promise its amazing. It's the Dr. Bronner's Baby Pure Castille Soap, I've been using this to clean my makeup brushes lately and have been so impressed. My brushes are cleaner then they have ever been and one of my favorite things about using this soap, is it actually helps your brushes to dry faster so your not having to go as long without your favorite makeup brushes. Next is the Calista Tools Embellish texturizing definer, this is a kind of strange but amazing fibrous hair cream that gives you texture and volume with out being super heavy. I love to use this in my hair after adding in some soft waves. The next two items are products that I have literally been using every day for well over a month now, I may actually be almost out of both of them (I should probably check). They are the Revlon Dramatic Definition mascara and Balm Stain in Honey. Both products have officially made ride or die status for me, Obsessed. The last item up is Wet n' Wilds Photofocus Setting Spray, I don't know why but I just cant seem to justify shelling out a ton of money on setting spray so when I saw Wet n' Wild came out with one, I had to try it and boy am I glad I did. I've been using it a ton lately especially on hot and humid days to help keep my make up from sliding right off my face the second I step out the door.
I hope you enjoy this kind of post and if you do make sure to subscribe to get automatic notifications sent straight to your email every time I post something new. I'm also planning on doing a giveaway in the near future (not sure the exact date), but I do know being subscribed will count as an entry in the up coming giveaway, as well as all others in the future.
Thanks so much for reading!
